We’re thrilled to announce that Three Z Printing played a pivotal role in setting a Guinness World Record during World Space Week 2025! Our team produced, assembled, and delivered the materials that helped nearly 200,000 students across America reach for the stars—literally.
The Challenge
When the opportunity came to support the ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda Rocket Day initiative, we knew it would require precision, scale, and flawless execution. The goal was ambitious: equip hundreds of schools with everything needed to launch baking soda rockets simultaneously and set a world record.
Our Mission
Three Z Printing took on the complete production and logistics challenge:
- Printed over 345,000 educational materials including tri-fold activity sheets, teacher guides, instructional postcards, and display posters
- Assembled comprehensive kits containing all supplies needed for successful rocket launches—from nose cones and corks to duct tape, measuring cups, and pencils
- Drop-shipped complete kits to 303 schools across the United States
- Reached 14,000+ classrooms and nearly 200,000 eager students
The Launch
On October 9th, 2025, classrooms across America counted down together. More than 200,000 baking soda rockets soared into the sky in a single day, securing the Guinness World Record and igniting curiosity in the next generation of scientists and engineers.
