In 1978, I founded Three Z with my two brothers: Dan and Kurt. Growing up in a small town in Illinois, we were raised in a family that put work ethic and faith at the center of our lives. We trusted that if we worked hard and believed, God would provide. And that he has. We are now blessed to say that we are one of the largest family-owned printers in the United States.
In 2015, my brothers retired and I became sole owner of Three Z. I have continued to put faith and family at the forefront of our operation. This is why I am excited to begin a transition to the next generation of Z’s as my sons: Matt, Neil and Chad have stepped in to help lead Three Z into the next phase of development.
I am very excited about the future of Three Z and the vision we have for our people, our community, and all of our customers. My vision was always to build a great company with great people producing great results. And I am as committed to that as ever.
